| Steiner.txt | This is a very basic template that may be used to supplement the excellent pages created by Bill Steiner It is a fairly close, but not an exact match. It will also require some trial and error in order to match the spacing of the titles above a row of stamps. |
I will be adding more files in the next few months, so please check back.
If you have created files that you are willing to share with others, please send
them to me, and I will add them to this page. Credit will be given of course.
Raymond King of Johannesburg, has kindly donated these wonderful cover pages.
Even if they are not countries that interest you, please take a look at them for some very nice ideas.
Raymond uses
OpenOffice.org Writer which is a free word processor that
has the capability of generating PDF files directly.
I can heartily recommend the OpenOffice.org suite if you are
looking for a free alternative to Microsoft Office with many similar features.

Raymond King uses Edit Plus 2 for editing his AlbumEasy files. Edit Plus 2 in common with a number of other text editors supports syntax highlighting (for an example click here). Raymond has agreed to share his syntax highlighting files, so if you use Edit Plus 2 you can download EditPlus.zip here. In order to use the syntax highlighting, you would need to give your album files a .aef extenson instead of a .txt extension. e.g. rename Canada.txt to Canada.aef
